Who we are

Two roles
For your account (your name, email, business details, billing records), Reeplii is the data controller.
For your customers' data (phone numbers, names, messages, voice notes), you are the controller and Reeplii is your data processor under our Data Processing Agreement.
What we collect and why
- Account and business details: to provide the service and contact you (contract).
- Billing records: to take payments and meet tax obligations (contract, legal obligation). Card details are handled by Paystack or Flutterwave, not stored by Reeplii.
- Usage and security logs, including an audit log of sensitive actions: to keep the service secure (legitimate interest).
Sharing and transfers
We share data only with the service providers listed in the Data Processing Agreement. Some are outside Nigeria; we rely on the safeguards permitted under Part VIII of the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (such as contractual clauses) for those transfers. [Lawyer to confirm transfer basis.]
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is open and for up to [6 years] after for legal and tax purposes. Customer message data follows the retention period you choose (90 days to 2 years).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent, by emailing [dpo@yourdomain.ng]. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (ndpc.gov.ng).
